We are looking for you who have previous experience from the food industry to work with one of our clients in Stockholm. You should have a passion for service and be able to work both independently and as part of a team maintaining a high pace.

The position requires a certain flexibility where you should be able to step in with short notice, and it is advantageous if you reside in central or northern Greater Stockholm.

Common tasks in the store include picking goods, cash register, postal services, and delicatessen. We are happy to train you in all areas if you are not afraid to take on new challenges.

Employment Type

The position is a "needs-based employment" (behovsanställning) which requires that you have another main occupation of at least 50%. Another main occupation can be, for example, studies of at least 50%, self-employment, elite athlete, or pensioner. You will also need to provide proof of your main occupation before any employment for this position.

As a needs-based employee at MRC Bemanning, you enter the hours you can and want to work on a weekly basis. Working hours vary according to store hours, and you should be able to work both mornings and evenings at least 2–3 days a week. Your schedule will include both pre-booked shifts and urgent shifts that come in on the same day.

Salary according to the trade collective agreement.
