About the role
M5 Bygg is growing and is now looking for a driven and relationship-building salesperson who wants to help develop our business. This role is perfect for you if you thrive on customer contact, business development, and building trust from the first conversation to the final deal.
At M5 Bygg, you will play a key role in processing new customers, following up on inquiries, and presenting our services in a professional and convincing manner. You will become part of a fast-paced company with short decision-making paths and great opportunities to influence your own development.
What the role entails
As a salesperson at M5 Bygg, you will work with the sales of construction and renovation services, primarily targeting private customers within residential renovations. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, following up on incoming inquiries, booking meetings, and driving the sales process forward.
A key part of the role is understanding the customer's needs, creating security, and presenting solutions that fit both the customer's wishes and the project's conditions. You will work closely with project managers and craftsmen to ensure the customer receives the right information, clear quotes, and a professional experience throughout the entire process.
The role requires you to be social, driven, and unafraid to reach out to new customers. You are motivated by making deals, building long-term customer relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Contacting potential customers and creating new business opportunities.
- Following up on incoming customer inquiries and booking meetings.
- Conducting customer meetings and presenting the company's services.
- Identifying customer needs and suggesting the right solution.
- Preparing and following up on quotes in collaboration with project managers.
- Driving the sales process from first contact to closed deal.
- Building and developing long-term customer relationships.
- Actively working on upselling and new collaborations.
- Contributing to strengthening the brand and market presence.
- Maintaining ongoing dialogue with project managers and craftsmen to ensure a good customer experience.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a natural salesperson with strong drive, a positive attitude, and a good ability to build trust. You thrive on taking initiative, working towards goals, and creating results through clear communication and good customer service.

- Experience in sales, customer contact, or a similar role.
- Good ability to build relationships and create trust.
- A driven and goal-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your business.
- A professional and service-oriented approach.
- Understanding of quote preparation and customer follow-up.
- Interest in construction, renovation, and home interior design.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
It is an advantage if you have previous experience from the construction industry, especially in tiling, carpentry, or residential renovations. It is also an advantage if you have previously worked with the sales of construction services, renovation projects, or similar services to private customers.
