We are looking for someone with prior experience in the food industry, or someone who is not afraid to try something new. You should be passionate about service work and able to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

The position requires a certain degree of flexibility, meaning you should be able to step in with short notice. It is preferable that you reside in Norrtälje and have access to your own car.

Your work area will cover Norrtälje and Northern Stockholm. The most common tasks will involve picking goods and mobile cashier duties. Delicatessen training is also available if you are interested.

Employment Type

This is a flexible employment position (behovsanställning) that requires you to have another primary occupation of at least 50%. A primary occupation can include studies (minimum 50%), running your own business, being an elite athlete, or being a pensioner. You will need to provide proof of your primary occupation before any employment for this position can commence.

As a flexible employee at MRC Staffing, you will submit your available hours weekly. Working hours vary according to store schedules, and you should be available to work both mornings and evenings, at least 2–3 days a week. Your schedule will include both pre-booked shifts and urgent shifts that come in on the same day.

Salary according to the Swedish Trade Collective Agreement.

Experience in similar areas is directly advantageous.
