We are currently seeking driven Process Operators for our client Fresenius Kabi in Uppsala – a global leader in healthcare.

As a Process Operator at Fresenius Kabi, you play a crucial role in the manufacturing of life-saving medicines. Here, strict quality requirements are combined with advanced technology. As a Process Operator, you will work with the operation and monitoring of production processes within the pharmaceutical industry. You are responsible for ensuring that production is carried out according to established quality standards and that all processes comply with current regulations and safety guidelines.

To take on this role, we believe you have a strong technical interest and thrive in an environment characterized by responsibility and precision. Furthermore, we believe you have previously worked in a technical role such as IT technician, machine repairer, or similar; practical troubleshooting skills in both mechanics and electronics are highly meritorious.

The assignment is initially a consulting role for 6 months with very good prospects for extension or direct employment with the client. The position involves either a three-shift or five-shift pattern, giving you a varied daily routine with work scheduled during days, evenings, nights, and weekends according to a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks include:

• Operation and monitoring of production equipment and processes.
• Control of product quality and ensuring that correct specifications are followed.
• Identifying and correcting technical deviations in the process.
• Reporting deviations and resolving any issues.
• Documentation of all steps in the production process according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
• Collaboration with other departments to optimize production flows.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical background or a strong interest in technology.
• Has experience in one of the following roles: production technician, IT technician, mechanic, electrician, machine repairer, operations technician, or similar.
• Has experience with practical troubleshooting.
• Has completed upper secondary education (preferably with a technical focus) or equivalent work experience.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written (as documentation and communication are central to the role).
• Is meticulous, responsible, and has a strong work ethic.
• Has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

You do not necessarily need to have worked with pharmaceuticals before – we highly value your technical ability and practical skills.
