About Villa Näs

Villa Näs is located in one of Österåker Municipality's most beautiful areas with a view of Täljöviken. Villa Näs is a residence with a total of 60 places.

• We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia and interaction through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.

• We apply a needs-based preference schedule. This means that as an employee, you have the opportunity to influence your own working hours, based on needs and preferences. We create schedules for 10 weeks at a time.

• We have a collaboration with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays.

• You have a group leader who spends most of their time working close to you in the operations. Becoming a group leader can also be a career opportunity for you as an assistant nurse.

• We work all the time to come up with new, exciting activities for our residents.

As an assistant nurse, you are extremely important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their way of life and habits. You see every person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We would like you to be a trained assistant nurse and have worked a few years in elder care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we give you support and the opportunity to grow.
