ABOUT THE ROLE

At Ur&Penn, you will work with both service and craftsmanship. Your responsibilities include selling watches and jewelry, as well as performing simple repairs such as battery changes and link adjustments. We work at a fast pace with the customer always in focus. A significant part of the role involves driving daily sales through excellent customer service and upselling.

Your duties will also include:

Register handling (sales, exchanges, returns).
Ear/nose piercing (training provided upon starting).
Visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and campaign changes.
Inventory management.

We are hiring two permanent positions: 6 hours/week and 3 hours/week, with a 6-month probation period. Start date: 2026-05-18. Location: Galleria Trädgården.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken.

NICE TO HAVE

Previous retail experience.
Completed upper secondary education.
Additional language skills beyond Swedish.
