Where you will work

Forenede Care operates a total of six home care units, as well as night patrols and on-call services. Within Uppsala Home Healthcare, we have short decision-making paths and close leadership, which allows us to make quick decisions and adapt to the needs of both patients and staff. We are currently looking for a nurse who will be employed by Uppsala Home Healthcare but will be based in Björklinge.

We work with person-centered care, where every patient is at the center of focus. Teamwork is one of our greatest strengths, and you will collaborate closely with nurses, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, care aides, unit managers, and case schedulers. Together, we strive to continuously develop and improve our operations.

Who are you? We are looking for a registered nurse/distRICT nurse. Experience from home care is meritorious. A valid B driver's license is required.

Job Description

We are seeking a nurse for a permanent position, with a 6-month probationary period. The position is full-time (100%). Start date by agreement.
