You will receive an introduction that prepares you for the job with us. If you choose to work for eight weeks, there is a possibility of a bonus. Job Responsibilities

In elderly and disability care, common tasks include assistance with personal care, documentation, and cleaning. You will also work on social activities such as walks and conversations. For those interested in working within the health and medical care organization, tasks may include wound dressing, rehabilitation, and venous blood sampling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• A valid B-class driver's license is required for work within home care, night organization, supported housing, and health care.
• Cycling ability is also required for home care positions.
• For positions within the health and medical care organization, you must be a certified nursing assistant (with proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare certifying the use of the title). Alternatively, you may be studying and have completed at least four terms towards becoming a nurse, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist.
• It is an advantage if you have training in care and assistance or child and youth activities, but this is not a requirement.

You will be an important resource for others, so it is important that you have an interest in the care profession, a positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills. You need to be stable and confident in yourself. We place great value on your commitment to the work and your willingness to contribute to the best interests of the operation.

Since July 1, 2023, a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required to prove that you have the right to use the title "undersköterska" (nursing assistant). Applicants should have applied for and received their certificate for the protected professional title.

Before employment, you must show an extract from the police's suspicion and criminal records register. A record in this register may affect your chances of employment with us.
