Sushi Chef Wanted at Sushi Bay in Stockholm

Sushi Bay is now looking for an experienced and dedicated sushi chef who wants to join our team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

As a sushi chef with us, you will:

• Prepare and cook sushi and other Japanese dishes according to our recipes and quality standards
• Ensure the highest quality and follow hygiene and safety procedures
• Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with the kitchen team
• Participate in the development of new dishes and menus

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 1 year of experience as a sushi chef or in a similar role
• Has good knowledge of sushi and Japanese cooking
• Is accustomed to working at a fast pace
• Is responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Has good knowledge of Swedish (to take orders, answer phones, and communicate with customers and suppliers)
• Additional asset if you speak a third language, such as Bengali (not a requirement)

Terms of Employment

• Working hours: Shift work may occur, including evenings and weekends
• Salary and benefits according to the current collective agreement
