About the role
We are looking for service-oriented staff for a retail operation in Stockholm City. In this role, you will work with sales, customer service, and daily operations within the snus, tobacco, and vape trade.

Responsibilities:

• Active customer service and advice regarding snus, tobacco products, and vape assortment
• Register work and handling of payments
• Ensure age control according to current laws when selling nicotine products
• Parcel service management (pickup, drop-off, and registration)
• Restocking goods, inventory management, and product display in the store
• Keep the store clean, organized, and sales-oriented
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and build long-term customer relationships

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented and enjoys customer contact
• Has a sales drive and likes working towards results
• Is responsible, detail-oriented, and can work independently
• Has experience in retail, cash register, or sales (meritorious)
• Has knowledge or interest in snus, tobacco, or vape products (meritorious)

About the role: You are the face of the store and play an important role in creating a professional, safe, and sales-oriented environment. The role requires you to handle several tasks simultaneously – from sales and advice to parcel services and daily operations.

About you
To fit the role, we see that you are service-minded and have previous experience in retail work. You greet customers with a smile and can communicate with different types of people. Furthermore, we see that you are in good physical shape and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with store merchandising and have experience with shelf placement.

Requirements for the position

• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Previous experience from retail work, preferably within grocery retail

Other information

• The position is a full-time position, with a need for 5 shifts per week.
• Working hours are weekdays, usually between 10:00–19:00.
• The assignment is located in Stockholm City.
