We are an established small animal clinic in Umeå and are now looking for a licensed veterinary nurse who wants to become part of our team. Here, five veterinarians, five licensed veterinary nurses, and seven animal care assistants work in a practice with an active surgical department, an outpatient clinic, and emergency intake, although we do not offer on-call services.

We offer a strong sense of teamwork and value a professional and empathetic approach where both the patient and the pet owner are at the center of our focus. The role involves varied tasks such as caring for inpatients, assisting with examinations and treatments, anesthesia during surgery, as well as sample collection, basic laboratory work, and customer communication.

We are looking for you who are a licensed veterinary nurse, thrive in both independent and team settings, and are structured, responsible, and confident in your interactions with pet owners. Previous experience from a small animal clinic is advantageous.

The position is a full-time temporary assignment (100%) with the possibility of extension. A lower percentage of working hours can be discussed, and the start date is negotiable.
