Blomsterlandet Umeå is now looking for you, who is ready to take on the role of Florist with department responsibility. Here you will have an important function to work together with the Store Manager and the rest of the team to continue developing the store in a positive direction! You are a person driven by meeting customers and by working with sales, and you have a strong interest in plants that you are happy to share. Does this sound interesting? With personal responsibility and initiative, you work on all departments but primarily in the cut flowers section, focusing on your business drive and developing your department. In the role, you will be responsible for ensuring that your department is always well-stocked and can meet customer expectations.

• Department manager for the cut flowers section
• Order responsibility for your department
• Responsible for sales planning
• Goods receipt, product display & picking

About you

Your experience and competencies

• Trained florist
• Has a few years of experience in the role of florist
• Advantageous if you have experience working with deliveries and orders
• Organized and structured
• Accustomed to working with KPI follow-up
• Advantageous if you have experience creating wedding & funeral arrangements

Job Information

Employment type: Permanent position, 30 hours per week (varying working hours and every other weekend)
Location: Umeå
Start date: As soon as possible
