We are looking for a creative and curious person who wants to help develop our beverage concept with a focus on alcohol-free alternatives inspired by Korean food culture.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, testing, and further developing your own drinks to complement our menu – with a special focus on fermented beverages, teas, and modern preparations such as matcha and other specialties.

You will play a key role in shaping our beverage identity and contributing to a holistic experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and create new alcohol-free beverages (e.g., fermented drinks, tea-based beverages, matcha).
• Experiment with flavors, techniques, and seasonal ingredients.
• Ensure quality, recipes, and presentation of the beverages.
• Ensure hygiene and proper handling during fermentation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create pairings that complement the food.
• Participate in daily kitchen operations when needed (prep, service, dishwashing, etc.). There is an opportunity to combine this role with another job.

We are looking for someone who is eager to work, has a genuine interest in cooking, and is passionate about creating a fantastic restaurant experience. At Keemchi, you will work with Korean cooking, serving, customer service, and standard restaurant tasks.

The ideal candidate for this position should have strong social skills. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and have a keen interest in cooking.
