About the role
In the role of a nurse with us, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions on actions in acute situations. You have the opportunity to plan your work yourself and you have a lot of personal responsibility for your operations.
As a nurse within Nära Vård, you are significant and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent while you have many competent colleagues in our nurse networks in addition to your closest colleagues. You are part of the team working to strengthen the individual.
Your workplace
You work daytime Monday-Friday and never work red days or weekends.
You operate from your own office in our pleasant premises on Gamla Tanneforsvägen, where you and your nursing colleagues have close cooperation with Nära Vård's rehab team and on-call team. You become part of an engaged and supportive team where collaboration is a matter of course.
Your tasks
Together with colleagues within different professions and external care contacts, you work to create the best possible care – always with the patient in focus. In your role, you combine medical assessments, medication management, and sample collection with preventive work and participate in SIP (Interprofessional Care Planning) and care planning.
You are also responsible for documentation according to HSL (Health and Medical Services Act) and share your competence by mentoring and delegating to nursing staff. Here you get not just a job – you get a workplace where you develop, are seen, and make a real difference. You get a secure and individually adapted introduction together with colleagues who want you to succeed from day one.
