On the four floors of Skanshof you will find bars, a gallery, a park, a large outdoor terrace, and a pool – and right in the middle of it all, you will find our timeless bistro where the flavors of the West Coast meet the relaxed vibe of New York bistros.

About you

We are looking for a trained chef with at least three years of professional experience. You have a solid foundation in classic culinary techniques and work with precision, structure, and respect for the ingredients. For you, maintaining a consistent and high quality, both in taste and presentation, is second nature, and you take full responsibility for your station throughout the shift.

You thrive in a kitchen where the pace is fast, but order and clear communication are still prioritized. Here, you work as part of a tight-knit team where everyone supports each other, shares responsibilities, and maintains a steady level of quality in both prep and service. We value a professional work ethic, good team spirit, and a desire to grow together in the kitchen.

Scope: Full-time
