We at Attendo are now looking for a Care Assistant/Nursing Assistant for Attendo Näsbyterrassen, a modern, newly built residence with a focus on sports and spa that opened in August 2024. We are located just next to Roslags Näsby station in a pleasant, newly built area with cafes, restaurants, and greenery just around the corner.

The residence has 100 apartments, both for people with dementia and somatic illnesses. At the top of the building, there are two large terraces, a spa and relaxation area, a large assembly hall, and a gym for our customers and employees.

About the role

As a Care Assistant/Nursing Assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during mealtimes is a large part of your role, as is contributing to various activities that brighten up the everyday life of our elderly residents.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines, starting from the customer's individual needs and wishes.
• Assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions.
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Care Assistant/Nursing Assistant certification.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a Care Assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills/computer literacy.

Merits:
