Welder with experience in MIG/MAG welding

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and certified welder who performs their work in a calm and safe manner.

Main responsibilities:

• You will primarily work with MIG/MAG welding (Kemppi FastMIG 400 + MF33) in steel castings and heavy plate (e.g., Weldox 700).
• The work involves performing welding professionally according to established routines. This includes necessary preparations, grinding, and post-processing to ensure the correct quality and finish.
• You are responsible for ensuring self-control is carried out according to the maintenance plan and ISO standards (9001/3834). High precision regarding reading drawings, welding symbols, and form and position tolerances is required.

Requirements and qualifications:

• MIG/MAG welding and possession of valid certificates.
• Several years of experience with MIG/MAG welding in heavy plate and materials with high strength requirements.
• Very good ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications.
• Experience in the industry, mechanized welding, as well as possession of forklift licenses, crane licenses, and active certifications.

Working hours are Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00. The workplace is located in Rosersberg and is within walking distance, approximately 1 km from the Rosersberg commuter train station. For those who prefer, there is also a bus connection from the station. You will be employed by us, Vi Bemannar.nu, and hired out to the client. For the right person, there is an opportunity for a permanent position with our client in the long run.
