Your tasks

As a nurse with us, you work with standard tasks at the primary care level, such as medication management, wound dressing, injections, and catheter care. You plan and structure your own workday and collaborate with other professions from a person-centered approach. The work is performed in ordinary housing where you are responsible for health and medical care interventions in close cooperation with the team around the individual.

The working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekend.

About Home Health Care

Home Health Care is responsible for home healthcare, home visits, rehabilitation, habilitation, and assistive devices in ordinary housing, including prescriptions and certificates for housing adaptation. The assignment covers 24 hours a day for people over 18 years old living in their own homes.

Our goal is to strengthen the individual's opportunity to live an independent life and to offer good and safe care with high quality. The work is based on a health-promoting and rehabilitative approach, with a focus on participation, coordination, and clear division of responsibility.

About you

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. Further education in district, psychiatry, or elderly care is meritorious, as well as experience in home healthcare or elderly care.

You are confident in your professional role, take initiative, and dare to think new. With your sharp competence and good judgment, you contribute to quality in the work. You work independently and in close cooperation with other professions and with the individual. A respectful attitude is a prerequisite, and we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing, and can document and communicate with the individual, relatives, and colleagues.

A B-driver's license is required for the position. The work may involve heavy lifting. Since smoking and fur-bearing animals occur, you should not be allergic.
