About the role
As a Wholesale Assistant at Åhléns, you are responsible for coordinating order and information flows with our external wholesale customers. You ensure that the correct product and business information is available, accurate, and reaches our partners on time.
The role serves as an operational link between Master Data, PMO, and the wholesale business, where you contribute to creating structure, clarity, and efficient working methods. You have many contact points, both internally and externally, and work close to the business in a role where attention to detail and coordination are crucial.
Examples of responsibilities:
- Act as a contact person and coordinator for external wholesale customers regarding operational matters
- Ensure that product information, assortment, prices, and campaigns are communicated correctly to external partners
- Compile and convey product and assortment information to customers
- Coordinate order flows and follow up to ensure deliveries are made as planned
- Ensure that correct information is used in wholesale flows and is accessible to external parties
- Follow up on order status, deliveries, and customer dialogue related to the wholesale business
- Support reporting, follow-up, and data collection
- Collaborate with internal functions such as purchasing, logistics, and customer service to ensure efficient flows
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and working methods within wholesale
Your team
You will become part of our Purchasing Organization at Åhléns headquarters, working closely with your department as well as logistics, customer service, and external partners.

What you bring to us:
- Relevant education in areas such as economics, purchasing, or similar
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, sales, or similar roles
- Experience in administrative and coordinating work, preferably within retail or B2B/wholesale
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing
