What does the role offer?

As a Lead Installer at Projektrör Väst, you will have a central role on the projects. You are responsible for driving the work forward, coordinating different trades, and ensuring that the project maintains both schedule and quality.

You are not just a leader; you are part of the team and jump in where needed. This role suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, like planning, and have the ability to see the big picture in a project.

Working hours are fundamentally 07:00–16:00. You usually leave directly from home to the projects and are offered mileage compensation.

Examples of tasks:

• Drive and plan the daily work on projects
• Coordinate work with other trades such as electricians and ventilation installers
• Ensure quality, progress, and work environment
• Actively participate in practical work together with the team
• Have dialogue with project management and contribute to efficient solutions
• Responsible for material planning and structure at the workplace

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience as a plumber/VS installer within contracting and are ready to take, or have already taken, the step towards a more leading role. You have likely driven your own projects or had greater responsibility on job sites.

You are a team player with natural leadership qualities. You enjoy taking responsibility, planning, and getting others to work towards the same goal. At the same time, you are unpretentious and not afraid to work operationally yourself.

We also believe that you have a genuine interest in your profession and enjoy going to work, which is contagious to the rest of the team.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience as a plumber/VS installer within contracting
• Experience of driving own projects or having responsibility on construction sites
• Understanding of coordination between different trades
• Good ability to plan and structure work
• Industry certificates
