Made for Sales has been commissioned to recruit a Senior Account Manager with a focus on care-related services for Samhall. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine business acumen with societal benefit by contributing to the development of a business area with great growth potential, while simultaneously creating new jobs for Samhall's employees.
In the role of Senior Account Manager, you will work with complex service sales to the public sector, with a special focus on identifying and establishing new customer relationships with municipalities and their needs within home-care-related services.
You are responsible for identifying, developing, and driving business opportunities within Samhall's care-related services. These include, among other things, user laundry, home cleaning, purchasing and delivery of groceries, as well as other service tasks linked to home care. Note: This role does not involve nursing or personal care.
The emphasis is on working proactively and long-term. You build relationships, drive dialogue, and position Samhall as a partner even before tenders are initiated.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Identifying, contacting, and establishing new customer relationships with municipalities nationwide.
- Building and developing relationships with decision-makers at various levels.
- Driving dialogue on how municipalities can streamline and develop their service tasks.
- Creating and developing a pipeline of business opportunities.
- Initiating business and contributing to tender processes together with colleagues.
You work closely with both the Sales Director and the Service Owner, and collaborate with other sales staff, the operations organization, and relevant support functions to ensure that business is developed, anchored internally, and delivered with high quality.
We are looking for you who is an experienced and business-driven salesperson with documented good results from complex service sales.
You have experience working with the public sector and a good understanding of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and municipal decision-making processes. You are accustomed to navigating organizations with multiple decision-making levels and have a strong ability to build long-term relationships.
As a person, you are structured, resilient, and independent, with a clear drive in your new customer acquisition. You thrive in a role where success is built on creating trust over time.
We would like you to:
- Have experience in proactive sales to the public sector.
- Have worked with complex deals and long sales cycles.
- Have the ability to influence and drive business in early stages.
- Be confident in dialogue with decision-makers and able to create trust at all levels.
Experience from healthcare, social care, or related areas is meritorious, but not a requirement.
