Short about the role

We are looking for a cheerful personality with a touch of entrepreneurship and a great passion for food and flavors. You enjoy a fast-paced environment, order, and cleanliness, and want to drive the business forward together with the rest of the team. In dialogue with our guests, we want you to engage and be creative regarding food waste and plant-based alternatives.

A typical day might involve:

• Cooking high-quality meals
• Menu planning
• Purchasing food supplies
• Inventory management
• Responsible for the self-control program regarding food hygiene
• Onboarding kitchen staff
• Guest contact

Together with the unit manager, you are responsible for ensuring we follow the company's routines, policies, and legal requirements.

Who is this multi-talented individual we are looking for?

We believe you are a food creator with five to ten years of experience leading a restaurant kitchen. As a person, you are driven, have a strong customer focus and a positive attitude, and possess an almost magical ability to see opportunities and find various types of solutions.

Does it sound like you? Great! If you also meet the following criteria, we really must grab a coffee:

• At least three years of work experience as a head chef.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
• Previous experience with menu planning and administrative tasks.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• A solid interest and preferably knowledge of sustainability work, as the restaurant is both environmentally and quality certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Employment type: Permanent, with a 6-month probation period

Hours: Full-time

Working hours: Daytime Monday-Friday, but evenings and weekends may occur for orders, catering, and other events.
