About the role
As a Project Engineer, you will work closely with project managers and play a key role in driving infrastructure projects from start to finish. You will be involved in all project phases, from procurement and design to implementation and completion, with a focus on various projects within the harbor area such as quays, roads, and railways. You will become part of a team of 19 engaged colleagues with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities
The role involves assisting project managers in a variety of infrastructure projects, from planning and procurement to follow-up and completion, within a dynamic and developing environment.
- Write meeting minutes and document project progress.
- Assist in the procurement of consultants for design.
- Participate in the procurement of contractors.
- Follow and participate in all phases of the project, from planning to completion.
- Contribute to projects regarding quay renovations and surfacing.
- Participate in the conversion of track facilities and roads within the harbor area.
We are looking for you who
- Have a university or civil engineering degree in civil engineering, road and water construction, or similar.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in infrastructure projects (road, railway, foundation).
- Are curious and have a strong desire to learn and develop.
- Are interested in working in a consultant role where flexibility is of great importance.
It is an advantage if you have
- Worked with similar projects before.
- Practical experience from the contractor side.
- Knowledge of concrete class 1 and quay structures.
- Interest in developing into a project manager in the long term.
