Hyrdon is growing – we are looking for a Sales Director in Strängnäs

We are looking for a Sales Director who wants to take ownership of the business at our facility in Strängnäs. We operate within car subscriptions and car sales, the pace is fast, decision-making paths are short, and you will play a central role in the operations.

About the role

You are responsible for all sales at the facility – from the first customer contact to delivery. You drive the business operationally, establish structure, and monitor results.

This includes, among other things:

• Sales of new and used cars
• Responsibility for sales targets and result monitoring
• Active processing of incoming leads and showroom sales
• Ensuring a customer experience that generates repeat business
• Contributing to the development of processes and working methods

We are looking for you who

• Have at least 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in the automotive industry
• Are business-driven, self-motivated, and accustomed to taking responsibility for results
• Have a structured work approach and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Are confident in customer dialogue and build long-term relationships
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
