Shape the future customer journey!

We are looking for someone who wants to truly own CRM and make it one of our client's most important growth engines. In a rapidly growing e-commerce environment within health and fitness, you will have great authority to build structure, clear logic, and smart automations that drive repurchases, loyalty, and business results.

CRM work is today largely manual and reactive. The ambition is clear: take CRM from ad-hoc to a data-driven, automated, and scalable channel. The role is operational, analytical, and business-oriented. You build flows yourself in the tool, test, measure, and improve continuously. In practice, you become the CRM function and work closely with marketing, category, and sales.

The Role

• Build and optimize automation flows in email & SMS (Voyado)
• Work with segmentation, triggers, and personalization
• Plan and send newsletters in collaboration with design and content
• Test, measure, and improve (A/B tests, content, timing, target groups)
• Monitor KPIs such as second purchase rate, order frequency, CLV, churn, and conversion
• Develop the foundation for a future customer club/loyalty program
• Contribute customer insights that strengthen commercial decisions

We believe you have

• A few years of experience in CRM / Marketing Automation, preferably within e-commerce
• Hands-on experience working in CRM tools, preferably Voyado
• Strong analytical skills and a clear business focus
• Experience working data-driven with retention and loyalty
• Basic understanding of structure and tracking (UTM, SKU, flow logic)
• Experience in health, fitness, or related consumer segments is a plus.

Start and Scope

This is a consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by Hero during the project. The position is initially for 6 months with a great opportunity for takeover by the client. Start date is by agreement. You will work full-time during office hours Monday–Friday.
