Job Description

We are currently looking for a service-oriented individual to start immediately at one of our clients in northern Stockholm. As a Customer Receptionist/Service Advisor, you play a crucial role at the workshop. Your main responsibility will be to handle communication with the workshop's customers regarding their matters. A key part of the job is always providing a friendly and professional attitude to customers, as well as ensuring that customer requests are fulfilled. Your tasks will include booking customers for workshop visits via phone, receiving and handing over vehicles, and handling payments. Your work will be carried out using the workshop's computer system as well as via phone and email.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has worked in some form of service previously. Experience in the restaurant industry or retail is preferred.

It is highly meritorious if you have previously worked with cars to any extent or have an interest in vehicles, but this is not a requirement.
