We are looking for engaged security guards for reception duties in Gothenburg

Do you want to help create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment? We are now looking for two service-oriented security guards who wish to combine security, responsibility, and customer interaction in an important role.

With us, you become a central part of the operation, responsible for both security and first-class service to visitors, customers, and employees.

About the role

As a security guard at the reception, you are the face of the company. You work independently with great responsibility, contributing to order, safety, and a professional welcome.

Responsibilities

• Receive visitors and manage access control
• Administer email, phone calls, meeting bookings, and mail
• Manage keys, access cards, and deliveries
• Collaborate with internal security when necessary
• Ensure order and structure in the reception area

Qualifications

• Security Guard Training VU1 and VU2 (required)
• Approved by the County Administrative Board for employment within an authorized security company
• At least 2 years of documented experience in reception work
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good technical understanding and experience with administrative systems
• Clean criminal record, drug-free, and no payment defaults

Employment terms
