Do you identify with these values and strive to build trust and credibility with customers and colleagues? Do you want to help shape the future society with some of the industry's sharpest competencies? Then you should become one of us!
About the role:
We are strengthening our team in Sundsvall and are looking for you who want to develop into a key person within pressure technology. As an inspection engineer, you will be out visiting various customers daily, from large to small facilities, performing technical checks and inspections of pressurized equipment. The variety of objects and customers is broad, ranging from pressure vessels in a school cafeteria to boilers, pipelines, and air compressors at a paper mill. In addition to technical checks, we assist our customers with reviews and documentation in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations, including associated risk assessments, registers for ongoing supervision, etc. We see that you thrive with independent responsibility, as you plan your work weeks yourself to suit both your work and your customers.
Your place of work is Sundsvall. Daily travel for work and overnight trips are common.
Do you have what it takes?
To thrive in this role, we see that you have a strong interest in technology as well as in social interaction with customers. In addition to providing you with the necessary training, we believe you are goal-oriented, enjoy challenges, and have your own drive to develop. You enjoy being on the move and have a good ability to plan your work independently.
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering, e.g., operations or marine engineer, or alternatively a technical upper secondary education.
- Process knowledge or operational technical background in refrigeration technology, energy, forest industry, or process industry.
- Category B driver's license.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
If you are already an inspection engineer with relevant authority at present, we consider this a merit.
What can you expect from us in return?
Kiwa is today one of the most successful companies within inspection, testing, certification, and technical consultation. It is thanks to our employees who, through their engagement and knowledge, contribute safety and sustainability to our customers and society. Therefore, Kiwa invests heavily in its employees and their development. Through your daily work, interesting projects, and training, you and your skills will constantly develop as part of Kiwa! At Kiwa, the team comes before the individual, and together we create a positive work environment where we are all part of a larger community, the Kiwa community!
- Stable conditions – Kiwa has a collective agreement.
- Generous wellness allowance.
- Reimbursement for medical care, vaccinations, and the opportunity for a thorough health analysis.
- A time bank so you can be off when you want – not just on the calendar's red days.
