Consultancy assignment through Northern Skill

Location: Umeå Start: As soon as possible

Full-time: 2 months with possibility of extension.

About the role

Are you a service-oriented person who thrives in a social and varied role? We are looking for you who want to work as a receptionist and be the face of the company. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks, are organized, and have a professional demeanor.

As a receptionist, you will work in various types of operations depending on the assignment – everything from offices and industry to hotels or the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Receive visitors and provide a professional first impression.
• Handle incoming calls and emails.
• Administrative tasks such as bookings, mail handling, and documentation.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a well-functioning workplace.
• Coordinate meetings and basic office services.

Receptionist with a sense for service and structure!

• Experience in service roles, preferably as a receptionist or similar.
• Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing; English is an asset.
• Good teamwork skills and an independent working style.
• A positive attitude and high service awareness.
• Ability to work structured even at a high pace.
