About the role of Stock Manager Pharmacist at Hjärtat

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will alternate between advising and selling within prescriptions and self-care products. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to improve our customers' health and drive the pharmacy's success. The position is full-time or as agreed.

As the Stock Manager, you are responsible for ensuring optimal inventory management, that inventory economics and routines meet set goals. You oversee daily stock handling to ensure it follows Hjärtat's procedures and maintain optimal stock levels monthly. When needs arise, you train your colleagues in stock handling routines.

Apotek Hjärtat in Lidingö Centrum is a well-visited and appreciated pharmacy with a steady customer flow throughout the day. We have a large self-care section and a spacious compounding area with five prescription channels. Our customers are largely regulars who live or work on Lidingö, creating wonderful and recurring customer interactions.

The pharmacy is located in a pleasant center with shops and restaurants, and it is easy to get here – the subway from T-Centralen to Ropsten takes about 10 minutes, followed by a 5-minute bus ride across the bridge.

With us, you always receive collegial support. We have at least two pharmacists on site during all opening hours, helping each other to provide the best possible service. As the pharmacy manager, I value that you enjoy customer interaction, collaborate well, and want to contribute to the whole. No one knows everything – but together, we can do almost everything.

Experience in inventory management is an advantage.

Our team consists of 7 pharmacists, 4 technicians/advisors, 1 stock picker, and extra staff primarily within self-care.

The position is a permanent employment, full-time or part-time but at least 75%.

Opening hours: Weekdays 09–19 Saturday 10–16 Sunday 12–16

(Summer: slightly shorter opening hours according to the center's schedule)

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacist (apotekare). You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist, and you recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and commitment in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/whole Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for handling the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
