About Green PM

Our office is located in Kalmar, and we have clients and assignments in several locations across Southeast Sweden.

We are a consultancy firm that helps organizations with project management and services within product development, production technology, quality, and sustainability. Our core competence is project management in industrial environments with high demands, where we combine structured control with hands-on leadership.

In our assignments, we often take overall responsibility for projects – from planning and execution to handover. At the same time, we can contribute with targeted efforts within quality, sustainability, or engineering support, such as design and production technology.

What unites everything we do is a structured approach, close collaboration with the customer, and a focus on feasibility in everyday work.

We have a self-developed project management model called iPEM. As an employee, it is natural for you to be part of driving the further development of this model forward.

Your Role

As a Production Engineer with us, you will:

• Work with the development and improvement of production processes for our clients.
• Contribute technical expertise during the various phases of projects.
• Coordinate and drive parts of projects within production technology – not just working operationally yourself.
• Act as a key link between design, production, and project management.
• Have the opportunity to develop into a project management role in the long term.

We are looking for you who

• Have the right attitude and a desire to develop.
• Are structured and solution-oriented.
• Have good collaboration and communication skills.
• Hold at least a bachelor's degree in production technology, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• Have at least 3 years of professional experience in production technology or industrial development.
• Are comfortable coordinating projects and taking responsibility for the whole.
• Have an interest in developing towards project management.
