Do you want to build a strong team on one of Europe's most attractive markets for Swedish homebuyers?

The Costa del Sol has long been one of the most sought-after residential areas in Spain for Swedes. Over the past 12 months, Swedish buyers completed more than 1,200 residential transactions in areas such as Marbella, Fuengirola, Estepona, Mijas, and Benahavís. Marbella accounts for the largest share, with a particularly strong concentration in premium areas such as Nueva Andalucía and Puerto Banús.

In Nueva Andalucía and Puerto Banús, Swedes are currently the largest foreign buyer group. Swedish buyers account for approximately 14% of all foreign residential transactions, equivalent to around 124 deals per year – nearly one-third of all Swedish purchases in the entire Marbella area. This is a clear signal of a strong, stable, and continuously growing market.

Marbella, one of Spain's most sun-drenched locations, is known for its luxurious beaches, exclusive marinas, world-class golf courses, and an international lifestyle concept that attracts both national and international buyers. Here, charming Andalusian history meets modern architecture and a vibrant business and entertainment scene, offering you as a franchisee the opportunity to work with a broad and attractive housing supply.

We are now looking for new franchisees for our boutique office in Marbella.

As a franchisee, you run and develop your own boutique office while being part of a larger context. We strongly believe in building teams that want to win together, where successes are shared and where we actively create a culture that encourages celebrating joint results.

About you

We are looking for someone who is business-driven, engaged, and confident in their leadership. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the boutique office, recruitment, local marketing activities, and building a strong team.

Previous experience in leading teams and developing businesses is therefore an important success factor. Experience of the Spanish residential market is highly advantageous – and if you have also worked as a broker locally, you will quickly be able to create business and build relationships.
