We are continuing to build something truly strong here in Kiruna – and now we are looking for you who love life behind the bar, but are also ready to step out into service when needed. At our place, no role is static. We are a team, and we do the job together.

At The Bishops Arms, it is not just about serving food and drinks – it is about creating an experience. The pace can be high, the atmosphere warm, and the guests both new and returning. Behind the bar, you are a central part of the pulse – you know your drinks, enjoy meeting people, and thrive when there is a lot happening around you.

We are looking for you who want to help set the tone in the pub. Someone who likes working close to the guest, who sees what needs to be done – whether it is mixing a perfect beer, taking an order in the dining room, or helping a colleague in a tight spot.

In short – you like the bar, but are not afraid to take a step out onto the floor.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience from bars, service, or similar service roles

• Enjoy working behind the bar and have an interest in beer, drinks, and pub culture

• Are confident, attentive, and enjoy working in a team

• Can handle a high pace, especially during evenings and weekends

• Have natural hospitality and genuine customer service skills
