DeLaval Sales AB is part of the Northern Europe Region and handles sales on the Swedish market. The company has approx. 180 employees. The headquarters is located in Tumba south of Stockholm, next to the research and development farm Hamra. The group's headquarters and factory for milking robots are also located here.

In the role of Service Technician, you mainly perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs on DeLaval's various products such as milking installations and milking robots. You have your own customer base and work independently in DeLaval's sales tools where you contact your customers to schedule meetings to, for example, perform service or simpler installations. Part of the job also involves sales where you sell accessories, spare parts, and consumables by analyzing the customer's needs.

You work from home and operate in Värmland and surrounding areas. On-call work in a larger geographical area as well as travel and overnight stays occur in the role, and if necessary, you may need to work in surrounding towns. Your days consist of visiting customers in meetings that you schedule yourself. We would like you to also take the initiative and visit your customers spontaneously to further strengthen customer relations and perhaps even create relationships with new customers.

To succeed in the role and become long-term at DeLaval, you will receive extensive basic training at Hamra farm in Tumba, joint trips with experienced colleagues, and continuous further education.

You have a large portion of drive and work in a goal-oriented and independent manner with all tasks. The role of Service Technician involves a large part of administrative work, for example regarding invoicing, but also in the sales tool where you plan and book your own customer visits, so it is important that you have good computer skills.

To succeed in the role, we believe you are practical with work experience as an electrician, mechanic, or from similar technical roles. You have a solid technical interest, for example, shown in your great interest in vehicles, vehicle mechanics, and computers. Furthermore, you have high social competence, love the personal meeting where you sell yourself as the customer's personal service technician, and you value providing good service according to the highest standards.

• High school education, preferably electrical/technical program or work experience in a relevant area for the position
• A large technical interest and that you are passionate about providing customers with good service
• Good computer skills
• Category B driver's license
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing as well as good knowledge of English

• Experience in agriculture, animal husbandry, and/or milk production

Start date: As soon as possible or according to agreement.

Scope: Full-time.
