At Apoteket Malmgatan, you become part of an engaged and cooperative team that offers safe and professional advice every day. The pharmacy is located next to City Gross in Norrköping, with good bus connections and free parking. Here, we are a team of three, including two pharmacists, a pharmacy technician, and the pharmacy manager. We are a small pharmacy with a moderate customer flow, which creates space for good customer interactions and close collaboration with colleagues.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00–18:00, Saturdays and Sundays 10:00–15:00. The hours may change during the summer.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for all who visit us. In your role, you handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our range and campaigns to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medicine.

• You have previous experience from a pharmacy, but you can also be a recent graduate. We know that different experiences are good.
• You have a warm and professional attitude where you see every customer.
