ICA Kvantum in Vallentuna is looking for a Bakery Manager for our Bakeoff bakery.

Are you a person with high energy who gets things done? We are now looking for a Bakery Manager for our Bakeoff bakery. To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with many tasks and, of course, many customer interactions every day – approx. 30,000 customers per week. Structure, self-drive, engagement, and a positive attitude are important traits for success in the role. Your responsibilities:

As the manager of the Bakeoff department, you will:

• Be responsible for offering our customers a sales-driven and inspiring department every day.
• In addition to baking daily, you will be responsible for follow-up and analysis regarding the assortment and the department's key figures, as well as actively working with the department's inventory levels, campaigns, sales points, and ensuring the assortment aligns with seasons.
• Communicate e.g., planning, goals, and results to other employees in the department.
• Ensure that rules and routines related to self-control and hygiene are followed by everyone in the department and that a good standard is maintained.

• Have baking as an interest.
• Have basic knowledge of store economics and are a proficient user of digital systems.
• Are result-oriented.
• Have high energy and pace and the ability to structure and prioritize.
• Are communicative, engaged, and have a positive attitude.
• Are available to be on-site, changed, and ready for work start at 06:00.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Previous experience of employment in a grocery store.
• Knowledge of MinButik and AoB.
• The Safe Food 1 & 2 training.

The position is a permanent employment of 38.15 hours/week, and we apply a probation period of 6 months. Monthly salary according to the Trade Collective Agreement, plus an allowance for the role of department manager.

The schedule includes work every other weekend.

We serve approx. 30,000 customers every week between 07:00–22:00, which means there is always a lot happening in a fast-paced environment.
