Sway Sourcing is growing and is now looking for a driven salesperson who wants to help build on our journey. Here you have the opportunity to work towards both the Swedish and Spanish markets, from Sweden, Spain, or in a flexible hybrid solution.

This is a role for you if you want to do business every day.

You actively work with new customer acquisition via phone, meetings, and digital channels. You prospect via LinkedIn, your own networks, and relevant lists while building long-term customer relationships.

The role involves selling recruitment services and consulting solutions, as well as driving the entire business from first contact to closing.

Has at least two to three years of experience in B2B sales. Experience from the recruitment or consulting industry is a plus.

You have strong self-drive and preferably an established network. You are comfortable working proactively, booking meetings, and making the first contact with new customers.

You are active on LinkedIn and understand how social media can be used for business purposes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by influencing your own compensation.

You are a person who makes things happen.

You act quickly, take initiative, and are confident in cold calls. You enjoy meeting customers, building relationships, and closing deals. You see opportunities where others see obstacles.
