Business Development Manager – Dell Client Solutions

Location: Stockholm / Hybrid

At TD SYNNEX, you will work for a globally leading IT distribution company with a strong position in the Nordic market. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for Dell's Client portfolio, where you will play a key role in driving growth together with our partners and Dell.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager for Dell Client Solutions, you will be part of a Nordic team with both strategic and operational responsibility for developing the sales of Dell's client portfolio in Sweden and the Nordics.

You are the obvious link between Dell, our partners, and internal teams, working long-term and data-driven to grow the business faster than the market.

The focus is on Dell Client Solutions, including:

  • PC & notebooks
  • Workstations
  • M monitors and accessories
  • Device as a Service (DaaS)
  • Services
  • Client-related services and solutions

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive the sales of Dell's client portfolio through daily contact with partners and customers
  • Identify, develop, and realize new business opportunities, and activate both new and existing partners
  • Own the relationship with Dell and ensure strong collaboration at sales, marketing, and management levels
  • Plan and execute go-to-market activities, campaigns, and growth initiatives together with Dell and TD SYNNEX
  • Support partners in positioning Dell Client solutions to the end customer
  • Be responsible for forecasting related to both product and budget, including pipeline, business planning, and follow-up
  • Drive ongoing goal tracking against budget and key KPIs
  • Monitor and analyze market share, growth, and performance per customer and partner segment
  • Work systematically with partner growth within different segments (e.g., SMB, Enterprise), including activation and development of the partner base
  • Ensure data quality and transparency in forecasting, pipeline, and reporting in close collaboration with procurement, sales, finance, and Dell
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales teams, marketing, and business units in a Nordic matrix organization
  • Participate in customer and partner activities, events, training, and sales meetings

Who Are You?

We believe you have:

  • Experience in IT sales or business development, preferably within client, PC, devices, or IT infrastructure
  • Experience working with channels, partners, and suppliers
  • Strong ability to build and develop long-term relationships
  • Good structure, analytical approach, and a clear business focus
  • Ability to conduct strategic dialogues while driving operational execution

Experience with Dell or other major client suppliers is advantageous, as is an understanding of Device as a Service and modern workplace solutions.

You are fluent in English in both speech and writing. Swedish is mandatory.
