As a property caretaker, you work with various types of green area and property maintenance. You work on-site with our customers and are responsible for ensuring that our residential areas are clean, tidy, and safe. The work is varied, and you need to be self-motivated.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have the following qualifications:

Valid driver's license (Category B)
To be able to interact well with our customers, it is important that you have good proficiency in Swedish.

We are looking for you who have a high sense of service and responsibility and who enjoy working both independently and in a team. You are good at keeping the customer in focus, listening to their needs, and meeting their expectations. You take the initiative.
