Last year, NK opened the doors to its new exclusive optical destination – NK Eyewear & Optics, a place where style and optics meet at the highest level, located in one of the department store's most attractive locations. We are now looking for a licensed Optician who wants to be part of continuing to develop this unique destination in the heart of Stockholm. Here you will work in an environment where quality, craftsmanship, and personal service are at the center – and where every customer meeting is an experience beyond the ordinary.

About the role As an Optician at NK Eyewear & Optics, your primary task is to put the customer at the center by listening to their needs, analyzing their visual conditions, and offering tailored solutions for optimal eye health. Using the latest technology, you will perform thorough examinations and provide recommendations of the highest clinical standard. Here you truly have the opportunity to give each customer the time they need.

You will become part of an engaged team consisting of opticians, a store manager, and style experts. Together, you will create a personal and professional experience that leaves a lasting and memorable impression on every customer.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed Optician – with or without a DO/Master's degree, preferably with several years of experience as an Optician.

• Have a commitment to eye health and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

• Possess a natural ability to meet people and build long-term customer relationships.

• Are responsible, quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and patient.

• Communicate pedagogically and trustworthily, both in Swedish and English.
