Description

Are you ready to take your first steps into a career in IT Service Management within a large international environment? Now is your chance to step into a junior role where you will work closely with IT processes, vendors, and service owners in a fast-paced operation with clear structures. You will become part of a Service Integration Office focused on ensuring stable and high-quality delivery of IT services from multiple internal and external vendors. This role gives you broad insight into IT operations and service management in a global organization where collaboration, structure, and communication are central.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Service Integrator, you will support daily work within IT Service Management and Change Management, contributing to the coordination and follow-up of activities between various vendors and internal teams. You will help ensure that IT services are delivered according to established processes and quality levels, and participate in maintaining documentation, routines, and governing materials. You will also be involved in service follow-up, KPI reporting, and various improvement initiatives, while participating in operational meetings, service reviews, and follow-ups where you will gain a solid understanding of how IT delivery is managed and developed in practice.

QualificationsRequirements:
  • IT education or equivalent practical experience

  • Interest in IT Service Management, IT operations, or IT coordination

  • Good understanding of ITIL (incident, change, problem, service management)

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written

  • Structured and meticulous work approach

  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks

  • Desire to learn and develop within an IT environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

  • Practical experience from IT operations, support, or vendor collaboration

  • Post-secondary education in IT or a related field

Conditions

Employment type: Full-time
Location: Sweden, on-site at client premises
Start: As agreed
Contract period: June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027
Compensation: Monthly salary
