About the role

As a Store Associate in the Meat Team, you are a vital part of our daily operations. You work with picking and customer service in the Packaged Fresh Department and are responsible for ordering meat for the department. At the same time, you ensure that the counters are always fresh and well-stocked, contributing to sales, inspiration, and engaged teamwork.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for ordering on certain days to ensure the right assortment and volumes on one of the store's largest and most revenue-generating departments.
• Ensure order, cleanliness, and a well-stocked meat assortment.
• Actively work with sales, tips, and inspiration for customers.
• Participate in campaigns, tastings, and product placements.
• Collaborate with sales managers and colleagues to develop the department.

We are looking for you who

• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and complete upper secondary school grades.
• Are structured, meticulous, and responsible, and can work independently and take initiative.
• Have experience from retail and food, as well as a strong interest in meat and quality.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, are service-oriented, business-minded, and have good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understand economics, sales, and shrinkage management, and can solve problems in case of deviations or changed conditions.
• Want to grow in the role and strive to take the next step towards a leadership position.

Scope and start date

30 hours per week on average, permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

Start date: May 15, 2026, or as agreed.

Varying working hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Interviews are conducted continuously – the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Background checks and extracts from the criminal record are carried out as part of the recruitment process.
