About the role As a caretaker, you are responsible for internal services and ensure that operations function smoothly on a daily basis. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Mail handling and goods receiving 📦
• Furnishing and preparing work and meeting rooms
• Simple repairs of premises and furnishings 🔧
• Administrative tasks such as invoice processing, orders, and fault reports
• Ongoing contact with suppliers and property owners

This role is suitable for you if you thrive in a combination of practical work and administrative tasks.

We are looking for you who

• Have a high school education or equivalent
• Have experience in similar tasks
• Are physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting 💪
• Are self-motivated and can work structured towards set goals
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have good computer skills

You are service-oriented, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility in your work.
