About the role

We are looking for an assembly/disassembly technician for a client in Skärholmen, specializing in passenger cars. You will work as a consultant through Fordonsakademin in a workshop environment where precision, safe working practices, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues are essential. The role involves both assembling and disassembling car components, as well as documenting completed work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble body and interior parts according to work orders and assembly instructions.
• Remove and reinstall parts during repairs or service, including seats, panels, lights, and smaller electrical components.
• Perform minor adjustments, check fit and function, and report any deviations.
• Maintain high standards of organization at the workstation and contribute to a safe working environment by following routines and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with painters, panel beaters, and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and quick vehicle handling.
• Document completed work in the system and update status when a task is finished.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoys varied tasks in a workshop environment. Previous experience in assembly/disassembly within the automotive industry is advantageous, but we also welcome candidates with basic workshop experience who wish to develop in this role. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are important.

• Experience from workshops or automotive assembly work is advantageous.
• Good understanding of technical instructions and drawings.
• Ability to work in a structured and precise manner under time pressure.
• A Class B driver's license is advantageous.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Working hours

Daytime hours with the possibility of shift work depending on the client's needs. Exact working hours are specified in the advertisement and during the interview.

Scope & employment type

Full-time, staffing via Fordonsakademin with the possibility of extension or transition to the client's permanent employment depending on performance and needs.
