About the role

As an employee within Post and Logistics Handling, you play a central role in the bank's internal workflows. You are responsible for ensuring that information, valuable documents, and parcels reach the right person at the right time. This is a physically active role for you who likes to be "where the action is" and who is driven by providing first-class service to your colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Mail Handling: Sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
• Valuables: Secure handling of registered letters and sensitive documents according to the bank's strict security procedures.
• Logistics & Warehouse: Responsibility for receiving deliveries, handling goods, and restocking office supplies.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who is customer-service oriented to the fingertips and understands the importance of discretion and precision in a banking environment. You see what needs to be done before anyone asks, and you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing post-secondary education at a college or university
• Previous experience in service professions
• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

To be considered for this role, a satisfactory background check is required.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience in similar work within logistics or postal services is considered an advantage.
