About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, driven, and business-oriented Commercial Manager to help develop Northmill’s B2B sales operations with a strong focus on corporate financing. By building strong customer and partner relationships, you will become a key figure in securing Northmill’s strong market position.
Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers and partners through various channels such as networking, industry fairs, phone, email, and social media.
Customer and Partner Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers and partners to present the company’s products and services, identify their needs, and discuss how our solutions can meet those needs.
Customer and Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Offer Management: Draft and present offers that meet the requirements of customers and partners, and follow up to drive the process forward.
Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, legal, product, and customer service.
Your Background
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and has a strong results-oriented attitude, reflected in your ability to consistently achieve and exceed set sales targets. You have extensive experience in contract negotiations and business development, where you have successfully identified and developed new opportunities.
Relevant higher education degree.
At least 7 years of sales experience, including 2 years in financial products.
Business-oriented, analytical, and proactive.
Goal-oriented and ready to create your own success.
Proven ability to build successful customer relationships and drive business from idea to execution.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
