We are looking for an engaged and reliable Assistant/General Hand for a CEO residing in Vallentuna. In this full-time position, you are the hub that ensures private life runs smoothly; whether it involves maintaining properties in top condition, keeping an eye on boats and cars, or solving whatever needs solving at the moment.

This is a broad and varied assignment that suits you if you are practical, structured, and used to juggling multiple tasks without dropping a single one.

The position is a fixed-term contract of at least 6 months.

Your responsibilities:

• House and garden – maintenance of home, pool, sauna, outdoor furniture, garage, and snow clearing
• Technology and security – contact person for IT, audio/lighting, and alarm systems
• Vehicles and bicycles – washing, servicing, tire changes, and minor repairs
• Properties – supervision of residences in Stockholm and Sandhamn, contact with craftsmen and housing cooperatives
• Boat maintenance – supervision, launching, hauling, and contact with the shipyard
• Pets – assistance with the dog when needed: walks, vet visits, transport
• Family support – practical help to family members when needed
• Travel – opportunity to accompany on trips and provide support when needed
• Ad hoc – purchasing, planning, organizing, and handling unexpected situations

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in similar roles; such as personal assistant, property caretaker, or in another practical service function
• Is self-motivated and takes charge of things without needing to be asked
• Has high integrity and treats everything you see and hear with discretion
• Is flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoys that no two days are alike
• Holds a valid Class B driver's license (required)
• Speaks fluent Swedish and English
