As my personal assistant, you will be a support system helping me create a calm and secure life. I am looking for someone who is responsible and has a great sense of humor.

For me, it is important to enjoy the small things in life, such as watching a movie or series together, listening to music, talking about life, and occasionally going for a walk when the weather permits.

It is not important that you, as an assistant, have exactly the same interests as I do, but that there is good chemistry between us. I would appreciate it if you had some life and work experience.

Job Responsibilities
The role of a personal assistant includes personal care, transfers, cooking, various household chores, and accompanying me to activities.

• Be a non-smoker (vaping is acceptable).
• Speak and write Swedish fluently.
• Be calm and confident in your role as a personal assistant.
• Be able to work flexible hours – days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Have experience within care and social services (this is not a requirement, but a plus).

We are looking for someone who is engaged and respectful. We appreciate that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. To work together with me, I would like you to be attentive, confident, and willing to take initiative.

Additional Information
Employment Type: Fixed-term employment and on-call employment.
Scope: 3–4 fixed-term employees in rotation, approx. 50–85%, who can work days/evenings/wakeful nights, as well as on-call substitutes who can step in during regular staff absences.
Working Hours: Days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Start Date: As soon as possible.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
