We are looking for an experienced and passionate hot kitchen chef who wants to create memorable dining experiences by the sea.

At Marstrands Havshotell, food is at the center of the guest experience, and we are now looking for you with at least two years of experience in hot kitchen preparation who wants to help develop our much-appreciated kitchen team.

Tasks and responsibilities: As a hot kitchen chef, you are a key person in the kitchen and are responsible for preparing dishes of high quality during both lunch and dinner service. You work closely with colleagues in the kitchen and contribute actively to menu development, flavor balance, and daily operations. We strive for a seasonal kitchen where the ingredients are the focus.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• At least two years of experience working in a hot kitchen.
• Passion for flavors, technique, and cooking as a craft.
• Structured and stress-resistant with a high sense of responsibility.
• Team player with a humble attitude and an eye for detail.
