About Us

Huddinge Specialistklinik AB is a modern and well-established specialist clinic offering dental care in orthodontics, endodontics, radiology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, and general dentistry.

We work in teams with specialist dentists, resident dentists (ST-dentists), dental hygienists/assistants, and orthodontic assistants to provide our patients with high-quality care in a safe and professional environment.

The clinic is equipped with modern technology and digital workflows that support efficient and high-quality treatment. We are centrally located near Huddinge Centre and have six fully equipped treatment rooms.

We are currently in a phase of strengthening and developing our organization, and we are therefore looking for an engaged dental assistant who wants to contribute to a well-functioning and structured clinic operation.

Responsibilities

As a dental assistant with us, you will have an important and varied role in the practice. Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Assisting dentists in daily clinical work
• Handling telephone calls, appointment booking, and patient contact
• Coordinating patient flow and contributing to a structured workday
• Performing administrative tasks related to the clinic's operations, e.g., handling referrals

You will become a central part of the team and contribute to creating a professional, safe, and well-organized clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Trained dental assistant
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded
• Good teamwork skills and a professional attitude towards patients
• Strong administrative skills
• Experience with Libretto and the medical record system OPUS is an advantage
